ARTEIXO TELECOM, S.A.



For the purposes of the provisions of article 319 of the Capital Companies Law, it is made public that the shareholders of the entity ARTEIXO TELECOM, S.A. adopted, on June 29, 2022, the resolution to reduce the share capital in the amount of 4,584,145.25 euros, therefore remaining at 2,628,000.00 euros, by reducing the nominal value of 1,200,000 shares into which the share capital is divided into 3.820121 euros per share, each having a par value of 2.19 euros.



The purpose of capital reduction is to offset losses and restore the balance between capital and equity of the company, decrease as a result of these. Said capital reduction for the compensation of losses takes as a reference the company's balance sheet as of December 31, 2021, approved by the general meeting of shareholders on June 29, 2022, and submitted to the verification of the accounts auditor of the company, Deloitte, S.L.

Job Description:

Person who carries out electronic designs and software developments, both adapted to that hardware and to systems maintained by the company.


Training requirements:

Degree in a specialty related to electronics and/or development of computer applications.


Additional preparation:

Master's degree in the same field.


Required knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the Linux operating system both at the user level and at the administrator level, system configuration, script creation, etc.
  • Knowledge of programming in C language, both for embedded systems and microprocessors/microcontrollers.
  • Knowledge of electronics, both circuit design and board design.


Additional knowledge to consider.

  • Knowledge of databases, web creation, PHP, network security, Delphi/Lazarus/Pascal programming.
  • Languages.


Position functions:

Development of comprehensive systems (hardware / software) based on the needs raised by a client, specification of requirements, passing through the homologation in an external laboratory, preparation of documentation and acceptance of the development by the final client.

Arteixo Telecom launches its new website, with new content and a new design.

Arteixo Telecom, S.A. is a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund, for the purpose of improving the use and quality of information and communication technologies and access to them. Thanks to this, it has improved its security system with a hardware firewall and cloud backup copies in order to increase the Company’s competitiveness and productivity. This was carried out in 2020. To that end, it has received the support of the Cybersecurity program of the Chamber of Commerce of A Coruña.
